ANNUAL MEETING - BOARD ELECTIONS

To Latrobe Little League Members,

For the expressed purpose of electing a Board of Directors for the upcoming season, we will hold nominations and submit ballots at this meeting. The current board members have all asked to be on the ballot for this season. If you are a member in good standing and wish to be added to the ballot, please email [email protected] to submit your nomination for the committee to approve. Nominations will be accepted before midnight on September 8th, 2024 or at the meeting itself.

Regular Members in good standing are eligible to vote at the General Membership Meeting. All Officers, Board Members, Committee Members, Managers, Coaches, Volunteer Umpires, Team Moms are considered Regular Members.

The meeting is scheduled for September 9th, 2024 at 6:00PM in the shelter behind right field and is for Members only. After the number of Directors is determined, then Regular Members will vote on the new year's Board of Directors. After this vote, then the Board of Directors will remain to vote on the officers for the league and all other Regular Members will be excused from the meeting.
